"Models for hobbyists by hobbyists" - is our credo. Although we are a relatively new company, we have extensive modeling experience as we are founded by modelers who have been building models for well over 10 years! Until now, we have produced exclusive models for various Polish companies. Our models are highly coveted and have received many enthusiastic reviews from numerous professional journals around the world.

Now we are taking our passions to the next level and are developing models for a broader audience to allow us to share our passions with you!

Terms and conditions of sales:

General rules:

1. Your order is tantamount to your agreement to all conditions and information  below.
2. Sales agreement is valid once Silver Wings sends e-mail with confirmation of  your order.
3. You may change or cancel your order by e-mail but no later than before  package is sent.

Privacy statement:
We ensure that all our customers' information is guaranteed safe. We do not  sell nor share any of it to third parties.  

Ordering:

1. You may order by e-mail: silverwings@silverwings.pl or using contact form on  Silver Wings website. We require complete information about: - payment option (bank transfer or PayPal) - shipping option (see Shipping Options) - shipping address - detailed model name - amount of your order.
2. We confirm your order by e-mail. Additionally we enclose pro forma invoice.
3. We accept you order the day we receive your payment.
4. Deliveries, depending on amount, are made within 5-21 business days starting  from the next day after receiving payment. If order accounts for more than 20  kits, we negotiate delivery date separately.
5. Delivery order depends on the date we receive payment.
6. Our offer does not reflect our depot reserve but we make efforts to make  every product available at short notice.
7. We may not realize doubtful or incomplete orders. 

Shipping options:

1. Shipping option must be defined in your order. Available options:- economical shipment - Polish Post- express shipment - Polish Post- courier shipment - EMS
2. Customer covers costs of shipment.
3. We enclose invoice to every order.
4. Customer covers costs of customs inspection (if necessary).  

Payment options:

1. Prices for goods are given in PLN (Polish currency) and do not include VAT.
2. All prices and shipping costs in the moment of order are obliging.
3. Silver Wings may change prices of offered products, add new products to our  offer and cancel or change trade sales promotions.
4. Available payment options:- bank transfer- PayPal 

Returns:

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your  order within 10 days since you receive package. Return is available only when  goods were not used, copied, damaged in any way and are originally packaged.
2. Returns will be considered only with a proper invoice enclosed.
3. Silver Wings guarantees costs reimbursement within 10 working days since  receiving return.
4. Customer covers costs of return postage. 

Warranty:

1. All products have producer's warranty.
2. If you find any technical defect on our side, you have the right to expect  replacement within 30 days since Silver Wings sends your order.
3. We make high efforts to secure our products as much as possible, but we are  not accountable for any damages caused during shipment.
4. Warranty will be considered only with a proper invoice enclosed.
5. Warranty will be considered within 14 working days after we receive goods.
6. Goods with technical defects will be replaced. Incomplete goods will be  completed with proper parts. If replacement or complement will be not possible,  Silver Wings will return you money or will offer other product.
7. If your complaint is reasonable, Silver Wings will cover shipping costs  (costs reimbursement  within 7 working days since we consider your warranty).
